You’ve seen them at Northern GrooveFest, CanolaFest, GrizFest and probably your favorite open mic night. Now the talented folks behind Scarlet Sway are competing in a nationwide music contest.
The CBC Searchlight contest officially opened voting yesterday, February 13th, and Scarlet Sway is looking for your love. In the following weeks Scarlet Sway is looking to collect the most votes from the public, as well they hope to be chosen by the panel of judges.
The winners of CBC Searchlight will be recognized with a spot at the CBC Music Festival in Toronto, a week-long residency and full access to the recording studios at the National Music Centre, a spot in the 2018 Allan Slaight Juno Master Class artist development program and last but not least the opportunity to play at the 2019 JUNOfest.
