There is a lot of great things going on around town this weekend!
The North Peace Fall Fair kicks off Friday! Tons of things to check out there, including, The horse show, tractor pull, heavy horse pull, log sawing and spike driving, with a family dance Friday night and Saturday night with music by Jack Jackson and The Boreal! Come early Saturday and Sunday morning for a pancake breakfast. Prices are:
Adults $10 / per day $20/ Weekend
Seniors and kids (6-16) $5/per day $10/weekend
and kids 5 and under are free!
Paint n’ Party Lone Wolf Style is this weekend as well! This event is being held at the Lone Wolf Golf Course in the big white tent Saturday August 19 1pm-3pm. This is an all ages fundraiser in support of the junior golf program. This is going to be the biggest paint n’ party that has ever happened in this area! They are looking to fill the tent! $47.25 per person, you can register online at paintnpartyevents.com or at the Lone Wolf Pro Shop.
The Allen Lafleurs Tournament of Hope kicks off Friday night. This is an annual ball tournament that runs all day, and all night. This tournament is definitely something to check out for sure! the games are running from Friday @ 7pm until Sunday @ 6pm
While your out and about this weekend, don’t forget to go the your local Farmers Markets! The fort St. John Market is Saturday in Centennial park 9am-3pm. The Taylor market is Sunday at the Lone Wolf Golf course, in the big white tent 11am-3pm!
